Couples Psychotherapy
Couples’ work focuses on the health of your relationship through integrative sessions with you and your partner. This is an excellent forum to strengthen communication, improve conflict resolution and intimacy, or heal relationship ruptures.
I provide premarital counseling as well, and have extensive experience with both heterosexual and LGBTQ couples.
Preadolescent and Adolescent Psychotherapy
Teens and preteens sometimes need help with anxiety, depression, body image issues and social pressure among other things. Early intervention with a psychotherapist can provide understanding and specific tools that address these issues can make a huge difference in a teen’s ability to thrive in today’s intense environment.
Online/Phone Therapy
Facetime, Skype or telephone sessions are available. This has proven to be a valuable resource for entertainment or business clients who travel extensively, college students, and those for whom Los Angeles traffic sometimes makes in-office sessions impossible.
I work on a HIPPAA compliant platform called Simple Practice to provide online video sessions or can provide sessions by phone. This has been essential during Covid-19, and continues to be efficient, flexible and convenient.
